Dieser Bericht enth\u00e4lt die wichtigsten Punkte aus dem Webinar zum Thema \"Verhinderung von sexueller Ausbeutung und Missbrauch in der humanit\u00e4ren Arbeit\" und beleuchtet das Ausma\u00df des Problems, Strategien zur Pr\u00e4vention und umsetzbare Schritte zur Schaffung eines sichereren und verantwortungsvolleren Umfelds. <br \/>Das Webinar zum Thema \"Verhinderung von sexueller Ausbeutung und Missbrauch in der humanit\u00e4ren Arbeit\" zielte darauf ab, das Bewusstsein zu sch\u00e4rfen und wirksame Strategien zur Verhinderung von sexueller Ausbeutung in humanit\u00e4ren Einrichtungen in Nigeria zu er\u00f6rtern. Zu den Teilnehmern geh\u00f6rten \u00fcber 100 Vertreter lokaler und internationaler NRO, staatlicher Stellen und f\u00fchrender Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten der Gesellschaft. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse zeigten, dass SEA in Konfliktgebieten weit verbreitet ist und dass es Hindernisse f\u00fcr die Berichterstattung gibt. Die Diskussionen f\u00fchrten zu umsetzbaren Empfehlungen zur St\u00e4rkung der Politik, zur Verbesserung der Berichterstattungsmechanismen und zur Einbeziehung der Gemeinden in Sensibilisierungskampagnen. Es wurden ein Aktionsplan und ein \u00dcberwachungsrahmen entwickelt, um sicherzustellen, dass die vorgeschlagenen Strategien wirksam umgesetzt werden.<\/p><h3><strong>2. Hintergrund\/Kontext<\/strong><\/h3><p>Sexuelle Ausbeutung und sexueller Missbrauch (SEA) in der humanit\u00e4ren Arbeit bezieht sich auf jede Form des Machtmissbrauchs zu sexuellen Zwecken, bei dem die T\u00e4ter schutzbed\u00fcrftige Personen zur pers\u00f6nlichen Bereicherung ausnutzen. In Nigeria, insbesondere in konfliktbetroffenen Regionen wie dem Nordosten und der Nord-Zentral-Region, ist sexuelle Ausbeutung ein dringendes Problem. Die humanit\u00e4re Krise, die durch den Boko-Haram-Aufstand und die Konflikte zwischen den Gemeinschaften ausgel\u00f6st wurde, hat \u00fcber 2,7 Millionen Menschen vertrieben und sie anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr Ausbeutung gemacht.<br \/>Statistiken zeigen, dass \u00fcber 30% der Frauen in Vertriebenenlagern irgendeine Form von sexueller Gewalt erlebt haben, wobei nur 10% dieser F\u00e4lle gemeldet wurden. Der Bericht des National Bureau of Statistics f\u00fcr das Jahr 2022 zeigt einen Anstieg der F\u00e4lle von sexueller Gewalt in humanit\u00e4ren Einrichtungen um 22% im Vergleich zum
