Standing United at the No Tolerance March

To mark the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, the team at Equitable Medicaid and Clinical Research joined WARIF, the Honourable Minister of Women Affairs, non-profit leaders, and community activists for the No Tolerance March. The march served as a strong public call to end all forms of violence against women and girls.

Participants came together to show unity and shared responsibility in addressing violence that affects women and girls in homes, schools, workplaces, public spaces, and online platforms. The event highlighted that gender-based violence takes many forms, including physical abuse, verbal attacks, sexual violence, emotional harm, and online harassment. Each form leaves lasting effects on survivors and weakens families and communities.

By walking alongside government leaders and civil society groups, Equitable Medicaid and Clinical Research reinforced the importance of collective action. The march created space for open conversations about prevention, accountability, and support for survivors. It also reminded the public that silence and inaction allow abuse to continue, while awareness and action can drive change.

The No Tolerance March sent a clear message that violence against women and girls is unacceptable in any form. Whether it happens online or offline, in private or public spaces, such acts must be challenged and stopped. Ending gender-based violence requires commitment from individuals, communities, institutions, and policymakers alike.

Through participation in this march, Equitable Medicaid and Clinical Research reaffirmed its commitment to promoting safety, dignity, and equal rights for women and girls. The organisation continues to support efforts that protect survivors, educate communities, and work toward a society where every woman and girl can live free from fear and harm.
