1. R\u00e9sum\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif<\/strong><\/h3>

L'exploitation et les abus sexuels (EAS) sont des probl\u00e8mes graves qui compromettent la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de l'aide humanitaire et des efforts de protection. Au Nigeria, o\u00f9 les crises humanitaires sont fr\u00e9quentes en raison des conflits, des catastrophes naturelles et des d\u00e9fis sociopolitiques, le risque d'EAS est accru. Ce rapport reprend les points cl\u00e9s du webinaire \"Pr\u00e9venir l'exploitation et les abus sexuels dans le travail humanitaire\", en soulignant l'ampleur du probl\u00e8me, les strat\u00e9gies de pr\u00e9vention et les mesures \u00e0 prendre pour cr\u00e9er un environnement plus s\u00fbr et plus responsable.
Le webinaire \"Pr\u00e9venir l'exploitation et les abus sexuels dans le travail humanitaire\" visait \u00e0 sensibiliser et \u00e0 discuter de strat\u00e9gies efficaces pour pr\u00e9venir l'exploitation et les abus sexuels dans le cadre de l'action humanitaire au Nig\u00e9ria. Plus de 100 repr\u00e9sentants d'ONG locales et internationales, d'agences gouvernementales et de leaders communautaires y ont particip\u00e9. Les principales conclusions ont mis en \u00e9vidence la pr\u00e9valence de l'ESE dans les zones touch\u00e9es par le conflit et les obstacles au signalement. Les discussions ont d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur des recommandations concr\u00e8tes visant \u00e0 renforcer les politiques, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les m\u00e9canismes de signalement et \u00e0 faire participer les communaut\u00e9s \u00e0 des campagnes de sensibilisation. Un plan d'action et un cadre de suivi ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9s pour garantir la mise en \u0153uvre effective des strat\u00e9gies propos\u00e9es.<\/p>

2. Historique\/Contexte<\/strong><\/h3>

L'exploitation et les abus sexuels (EAS) dans le travail humanitaire se r\u00e9f\u00e8rent \u00e0 toute forme d'abus de pouvoir \u00e0 des fins sexuelles, o\u00f9 les auteurs profitent de personnes vuln\u00e9rables \u00e0 des fins personnelles. Au Nig\u00e9ria, en particulier dans les r\u00e9gions touch\u00e9es par les conflits comme le Nord-Est et le Centre-Nord, l'ESE est un probl\u00e8me urgent. La crise humanitaire caus\u00e9e par l'insurrection de Boko Haram et les conflits intercommunautaires a d\u00e9plac\u00e9 plus de 2,7 millions de personnes, ce qui les rend vuln\u00e9rables \u00e0 l'exploitation.
Les statistiques indiquent que plus de 30% des femmes dans les camps de d\u00e9plac\u00e9s ont subi une forme de violence sexuelle, et que seuls 10% de ces cas ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s.
