Este relat\u00f3rio abrange os pontos-chave do webinar sobre \"Prevenir a Explora\u00e7\u00e3o e o Abuso Sexual no Trabalho Humanit\u00e1rio\", destacando o \u00e2mbito do problema, estrat\u00e9gias de preven\u00e7\u00e3o e medidas acion\u00e1veis para criar um ambiente mais seguro e respons\u00e1vel. <br \/>O webinar \"Preventing Sexual Exploitation and Abuse in Humanitarian Work\" (Prevenir a Explora\u00e7\u00e3o e o Abuso Sexual no Trabalho Humanit\u00e1rio) teve como objetivo sensibilizar e discutir estrat\u00e9gias eficazes para prevenir a SEA em contextos humanit\u00e1rios na Nig\u00e9ria. Os participantes inclu\u00edram mais de 100 representantes de ONG locais e internacionais, ag\u00eancias governamentais e l\u00edderes comunit\u00e1rios. As principais conclus\u00f5es destacaram a preval\u00eancia de AAE em \u00e1reas afectadas por conflitos e os obst\u00e1culos \u00e0 den\u00fancia. As discuss\u00f5es resultaram em recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es acion\u00e1veis para refor\u00e7ar as pol\u00edticas, melhorar os mecanismos de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e envolver as comunidades em campanhas de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Foram desenvolvidos um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o e um quadro de monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para garantir que as estrat\u00e9gias propostas s\u00e3o efetivamente implementadas.<\/p><h3><strong>2. Antecedentes\/Contexto<\/strong><\/h3><p>A Explora\u00e7\u00e3o e Abuso Sexual (SEA) no trabalho humanit\u00e1rio refere-se a qualquer forma de abuso de poder para fins sexuais, em que os perpetradores se aproveitam de indiv\u00edduos vulner\u00e1veis para proveito pr\u00f3prio. Na Nig\u00e9ria, em particular nas regi\u00f5es afectadas por conflitos, como as zonas Nordeste e Centro-Norte, a SEA \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o premente. A crise humanit\u00e1ria causada pela insurrei\u00e7\u00e3o do Boko Haram e pelos conflitos intercomunit\u00e1rios deslocou mais de 2,7 milh\u00f5es de pessoas, tornando-as suscept\u00edveis \u00e0 explora\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>As estat\u00edsticas indicam que mais de 30% das mulheres nos campos de deslocados internos foram v\u00edtimas de alguma forma de viol\u00eancia sexual, sendo que apenas 10% destes casos foram comunicados. O relat\u00f3rio do Gabinete Nacional de Estat\u00edstica de 2022 revela um aumento de 22% nos casos de SEA em contextos humanit\u00e1rios em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o ano
