EMCR outreach teams are working with community health centres to bring essential antenatal services closer to families. The mobile model combines blood-pressure checks, nutrition guidance, birth planning, and referral support in one trusted setting.

By connecting midwives with local volunteers and receiving facilities, the programme helps identify risks early and reduces delays when specialist care is needed.
