Supply 100 outreach kits containing digital blood pressure monitors, thermometers, weighing scales and reusable carrying bags. Provide an itemised specification sheet, warranty details and a delivery schedule. Deliver to the designated programme offices and provide a basic equipment orientation.

Eligibility and required documents

• Registered supplier with experience supplying health equipment.
• Company profile, registration documents and two relevant client references.
• Manufacturer specifications, warranty terms and an itemised financial quotation including delivery and applicable taxes.
