Equitable Medicaid and Clinical Research Officially Launches Correct Moms, an AI-Powered Maternal Health Platform
EMCR Staff and Volunteers

Equitable Medicaid and Clinical Research Ltd/Gte (EMCR) has officially launched the beta version of Correct Moms, an AI-powered maternal health, pregnancy risk detection, and care management platform created to support women and girls through different stages of their sexual and reproductive health.

The launch comes after 1.2 years of development, testing, and work toward bringing maternal and reproductive health services into one accessible digital platform.

At EMCR, we believe being a woman is one of the greatest gifts to humanity, and no woman should lose her life because of childbirth or a preventable health complication.

Correct Moms was created from that belief.

The platform brings together period and ovulation tracking, pregnancy support, health reminders, pharmacy services, pregnancy risk detection, automatic referral, and access to licensed healthcare professionals and health facilities.

Support does not end after childbirth. Correct Moms also provides postpartum support, medical fundraising, access to free baby gift items, and a pregnancy community where women can connect, ask questions, and share their experiences with others.

Bringing AI and Healthcare Professionals Together

Correct Moms is more than an AI health application. The platform combines artificial intelligence with the knowledge and care of licensed healthcare professionals, helping women and girls access health information and support wherever they are.

When the platform detects possible pregnancy risks or symptoms that may require medical attention, its referral system can help connect users with healthcare professionals and health facilities for further assessment and care.

EMCR is also developing a wireless ultrasound probe designed to connect with the Correct Moms platform. The device remains under development and is intended to help extend maternal healthcare services to women living in rural and underserved communities where access to ultrasound services may be limited.

Beta Version Now Open to the Public

With Correct Moms now entering its beta stage, EMCR is inviting women, healthcare professionals, health facilities, and members of the public to use the platform and share their experiences.

Early users are encouraged to download the application, explore its features, and report problems or suggestions. Feedback received during the beta period will help the development team improve the platform before its planned stable release next month.

The stable release is also expected to expand Correct Moms to iOS, Windows, and macOS.

Through Correct Moms, EMCR hopes to make maternal and reproductive healthcare easier to access while supporting women from menstruation and pregnancy planning through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.

We welcome women, healthcare professionals, organisations, and members of the public to join us during the beta period and help us build a platform that responds to the real health needs of women and girls.
